Arborist Trainee

Pay Range $20-$25/hour

Ground level position – little or no green industry experience needed, but a documented work ethic is required. Ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, personable, and physically capable of performing labor. This position is transitional in nature and will lead to climbing or plant health care as a matter of course (see below). Valid license and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL license (within 6 months of employment) is also required. For the right person, this is a great opportunity to begin a career or transition from your existing profession.


Climbing Arborist/Lift Operator

Pay Range $25-$35/hour

A safety minded individual with good knowledge of the trade with previous experience. Must be comfortable working aloft in lifts or climbing trees.

  • Can perform arboricultural maintenance on trees safely in accordance to ANSI Z133 & A300 standards
  • ISA or MCA certified is a plus!
  • Class B CDL is preferred or ability to work towards in first 6 months
  • Has 1b 2a hoisting license or can work towards in first 6 month
  • Must be able to work 40-50 hour work weeks.

Competitive pay based on skill and experience.


Plant Health Care Arborist

Pay Range $20–$25/hour

For the person with a love of trees and a healthy curiosity about what makes them grow, but with a preference for remaining “ground bound.” Again, we will consider all levels of experience, as long as the credentials indicate a self-motivated learner who enjoys working independently.


Crew Leader Arborist

Pay Range $30-$40/hour

A safety minded individual with good arboricultural knowledge and can complete any job at hand. Has years of experience in the field and has good communication to get crews through jobs daily.

  • Can perform arboricultural maintenance on trees safely in accordance to ANSI Z133 & A300 standards
  • Is ISA, MCA certified or both
  • Class B CDL needed
  • Has 1b 2a hoisting license or can work towards in first 6 month
  • Must be able to work 40-50 hour work weeks.
